Things You Need To Know: • Service not available in all areas. • Broadband internet speeds will be slowed to 256kbps once usage allowance is reached • For the T-Box customers must pass a Service Qualification check and your TV and premises must meet minimum requirements • Internet usage means monthly combined upload and download data transfer 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes. Unused usage allowance expires each month. • For the T-Box customers must pass a Service Qualification check and your TV and premises must meet minimum requirements. •The T-Hub requires a compatible Wi-Fi modem to operate (BYO or purchased separately from Telstra). • Additional fees apply for temporary (less than 3 months) or non-standard (eg no in-place connection) HomeLine connections, and for ADSL professional installation.
