Whether you simply want a high speed broadband connection or need a reliable service to get you connected, there’s a Telstra Broadband Range bundle to meet your needs. Ideal for watching movies/playing games online or using multiple connected devices such as compatible tablets/smart phones/laptops throughout the home. The Telstra Broadband Range combines generous data allowances with the convenience of home phone just in case.
You’ll receive: • 500 GB of broadband usage each month • Unmetered content - data used when downloading BigPond® Music, Movies and other BigPond unmetered content will not count towards your monthly data allowance • No excess usage charges. Speed slowed to 256kbps once you have exceeded your monthly usage allowance • Telstra 24/7 support (support when you need it most – phone, 24x7 chat, the Telstra 24x7® app and more) • Family Calls Benefit lets you make unlimited voice calls (within Australia) between your home phone and up to four eligible mobiles on the same bill • For any other local, national or calls to mobiles simply pay for what you use with our pay-as-you-go rates • Access to a home phone service to receive calls on.
Eligible customers can also add a Telstra T-Hub® 2 and/or T-Box for an additional $15 per month each over 24 months or $360 outright each.
Things You Need To Know: • Service not available in all areas or homes. • Available to customers with a 13 digit account number who pass our eligibility check. • Home phone and home broadband services must be connected at the same physical address. • Broadband internet speeds will be slowed to 256kbps once usage allowance is reached. • Internet usage means monthly combined upload and download data transfer 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes. Unused usage allowance expires each month. • Family Calls Benefit - Unlimited voice calls in Australia between up to four mobiles, plus your home phone, when all services are on your single bill. Our Responsible Use Policy applies. If you have an Ultimate Plan, New Ultimate Plan or Ultimate II Plan, calls from your mobile service are not included. • National calls to standard fixed line numbers exclude some usage such as calls to premium numbers (eg 19xx numbers), 1234 and 12456 numbers. Satellite numbers are not standard numbers. • Minimum total cost is $2,915 over 24 months including a $59 activation fee for new Telstra Broadband customers and $144 Home Network Gateway. A $12 delivery fee also applies.
