What happens once I place my order, how long will it take
Once you place your order, either online or via our call centre, you will be notified via email with confirmation. If you do not have an email account, you will be notified by regular mail and or phone. If you have ordered a Bundled product you may be contacted by telephone to complete a more complex order process. Once the order is placed it can take anywhere between 3 -10 working days for your connection to become active depending on the type and availability of that particular Broadband product. In this time you will receive your modem (if ordered) and any setup information. When setting up the modem and connection it is recommended to call the provider’s help desk/technical support centre for assistance. If a Professional Installation is required or requested, you will be contacted by telephone to arrange an appropriate time for an onsite visit.
