    About the service

    This service is provided in partnership with Australian Wholesale Fulfillment Pty Ltd (AWF). The AWF team have over fifty years combined experience in home loans and they know how to get a better deal. They have negotiated discounts of between 0.75% and 1.20% on home loans, none of which are advertised by any of the lending institutions.

    Conditions

    Our guarantee works like this. If after talking to you our experts think they can get a better rate from one of our lenders than you've currently already been offered (for a new loan or a refinance), we guarantee that we'll get this rate or pay you $500.

    This is not a guarantee that we can get you a better rate than you've already got. But we think that by talking to us we can work out if there is a better rate out there for you and if we think there is, we back ourselves to find it for you.

    How to make a claim

    In order for us to verify a claim, we need you to action the following steps:

    • Send your current best offer or your existing loan to homeloanoffer@youcompare.com.au providing details of the lender, loan amount, product type and rate.
    • After submitting an application to a lender for the agreed deal, if we do not secure it for you*:
      • Forward us a copy of the unconditional loan approval showing that this rate and product is the same as was emailed initially.
      • We will then verify the validity of your claim against our records and respond to you within 5 working days of receiving it

      • Claims will only be paid if we are satisfied that all the information you provided us was accurate, true and not misleading.
      • If your claim is successful, we'll pay $500 into the bank account of your choice or post you a cheque.

    *excludes any application declined by the lenders credit department
