Minimum total cost is over 24 months and includes payment by direct debit, $19.95 modem delivery fee and $79 connection fee. Cancellation fees apply.

¹ The Optus Premium Speed Pack upgrades your broadband connection to Optus' fastest DOCSIS 3.0-based internet service which increases download speeds for most Australian-hosted content. Actual download speed can be affected by factors such as your equipment and LAN performance, settings, hardware, software, internet activity, location of content accessed and congestion. WiFi connection may not be as fast as wired device. Faster download speeds mean your data limits will be reached sooner. Premium speeds do not apply if service has been speed limited.

^ Home Phone Service Included Value: Unlimited call offer applies to standard calls only and is not to be used for commercial purposes. Optus Local and Long Distance Phone Fair Go™ policy applies. Any included value that you are entitled to receive expires at the end of each month and is not refundable or transferable. * Optus MeTV: Offer available to residential Optus customers signing up to an Optus ‘yes’ Fusion $109, $129 or $149 plan and Optus MeTV between 1 November 2011 and 31 March 2012 for a minimum term of 24 months on the Optus ADSL2 or Optus Cable networks. Existing customers must be on or move to an eligible Fusion plan and recontract their home phone and broadband services for 24 months. Limit of one Optus ‘yes’ Fusion offer per customer account. You will be charged the $9.95 Optus MeTV monthly access fee from your first bill and will receive a corresponding monthly credit of $9.95 from your first or second bill.An Optus Post Paid Mobile account, Optus DSL Account, Optus Cable Broadband Account, or Optus Fusion Account, active fixed broadband internet connection with a download speed of at least 3Mbps, wide screen television and access to free to air digital television services required. Data usage generated by the purchase and/or download of content will be charged and credited back to you and your broadband service may be throttled if you are very close to your data limit for your Optus DSL Account. Charges may apply to data usage generated by downloads and uploads associated with meta-data, User Interface components, images and graphics, YouTube on TV, Applications, EPG information and software updates. $50 plan downgrade fee applies if you change to a lower ‘yes’ Fusion plan at anytime during your agreement period.

Availability: Offer available to credit-approved residential Optus Broadband and Home Phone customers who connect all relevant services in the same name and service address to the Optus Direct or Optus Cable networks for a minimum term of 24 months. Optus Cable Broadband is only available to selected homes in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Optus services are not available in all areas or in NT and TAS. For technical and commercial reasons, not all homes can receive Optus services.

Hardware: If you connect to the Optus ‘yes’ Fusion $99, $109 or $129 plan and receive a Home WiFi modem and you move to a plan lower than the ‘yes’ Fusion plan $99 or cancel your service within 3 months of commencing your plan, you will incur a $140 hardware fee.
