  • Things you need to know:

Available exclusively to new MyRepublic customers with a residential address that has not been connected to MyRepublic previously.

Acceptable Use Policy: Unlimited data and calls are subject to MyRepublic's Acceptable Use Policy.

*Broadband line speed: For information on nbn™ speeds, refer to MyRepublic's nbn™ Key Fact Sheet and further information is available on our nbn™ Speeds Explained page.

FTTN, FTTB and FTTC areas: Speeds are to be confirmed once active and within 20 days of connection. If your service isn't capable of achieving acceptable speeds for the plan for which you signed up, you can move to a lower speed plan or exit your contract without charge by contacting MyRepublic within 10 days of receipt of your line speeds. We consider an acceptable line speed to be not less than 75% of our published typical evening speed for your plan.

Co-existence period: A co-existence period may exist for services using nbn™ FTTB, FTTN and FTTC for 18 months from when nbn™ became available in that area. During this period exchange based ADSL and/or special services may co-exist on the same network infrastructure as the nbn™ services. In this case, your speed may be affected due to interference from equipment or network provided by other services and we recommend you select the Unlimited Essential plan.

MyRepublic does not charge a service connection fee for customers who are transferring a service or activating a new service. If you are in a new development area and not already connected to the nbn™, a $300 New Development Charge may also be applied by nbn™ and oncharged by MyRepublic.

Available to new residential customers in selected areas who order the Gamer Pro Essential or Gamer Pro Premium plan on a 12 month term between the 3rd August and 3rd October 2018. When you service qualify your address we will provide you with an indication of expected access line speeds based on information from nbn™. Customers in FTTN/B areas may be in co-existence, if so we recommend you select the Unlimited Essential plan. nbn™ 50 and nbn™ 100 refer to nominal access line speed, your speeds will vary based on the technology connecting your location to the nbn™ and other factors. FTTN, FTTB and FTTC speeds to be confirmed once active. *Included calls and unlimited data is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
