*NBN™ Speeds: FTTN, FTTC & FTTB speeds to be confirmed when active. Actual speeds may vary due to various factors. Full Ts &Cs myrepublic.com.au/legal

The nbn™ Essential Promo Plan is associated with the nbn™ product which provides a maximum access line speed of 43Mbps (download) and 20Mbps (upload). ^nbn™ 43Mbps and nbn™ 83 Mbps refer to nominal access line speed, which represents the maximum possible speed that is available during off peak (11pm-7pm) and speeds will vary based on the technology connecting your location to the nbn™ and other factors. Your speed during typical busy periods (7pm-11pm) will be slower. FTTN, FTTB and FTTC speeds to be confirmed once active and within 20 days of connection, if your line cannot provide acceptable speed levels of your plan and this cannot be fixed, you can move to a lower speed plan or exit your contract without charge by contacting MyRepublic within 10 days of receipt of your line speeds.

MyRepublic does not charge a service connection fee for customers who are transferring a service or activating a new service. If you are in a new development area and not already connected to the nbn™, a $300 New Development Charge may also be applied by nbn™ and on- charged by MyRepublic.
